Andrea y Paula están participando en una experiencia de movilidad de larga duración en Lohfelden, Alemania, donde están descubriendo tanto el sistema educativo como la vida cotidiana en un nuevo contexto cultural.
Su estancia está siendo muy enriquecedora. Fuera del aula, han disfrutado de paseos a caballo y de los mercados navideños de Kassel y Lohfelden, viviendo de cerca el ambiente festivo. Además, asistieron a un espectáculo de Navidad, conociendo mejor las tradiciones locales.
En el ámbito escolar, han participado activamente en las clases (Inglés, Español, Historia, Educación Física….), incluyendo biología, donde trabajaron con imágenes y material visual, y actualmente están preparando un pódcast, desarrollando competencias lingüísticas y comunicativas.
La vida en casa también forma parte fundamental de la experiencia: cocinar y compartir comidas les ha permitido crear vínculos, aprender nuevas rutinas y sentirse como en casa.
Esta movilidad de larga duración no solo refuerza su aprendizaje académico, sino que también impulsa su autonomía, conciencia intercultural y crecimiento personal, convirtiéndose en una experiencia verdaderamente transformadora.
Andrea and Paula are currently taking part in a long-term mobility experience in Lohfelden, Germany, where they are discovering both the educational system and everyday life in a new cultural context.
Their stay has been full of enriching activities. Outside school, they have enjoyed horse riding and explored the magical Christmas markets in Kassel and Lohfelden, fully embracing the festive atmosphere. They also attended a Christmas show, gaining insight into local traditions.
At school, Andrea and Paula have been actively involved in classes, including biology lessons where they worked with images and visual materials, and they are currently preparing a podcast, developing both language and communication skills.
Life at home is also an essential part of the experience: cooking and sharing meals has allowed them to strengthen bonds, learn new habits, and feel truly at home.
This long-term mobility is not only enhancing their academic learning but also fostering independence, cultural awareness, and personal growth — a truly transformative experience.
